Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

The Digi Dukaan delivers orders within Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Order Processing

Orders may be verified through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or another available contact method before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Orders with incomplete or suspicious information may be held until verification is completed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

The customer should keep the order amount ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier company, public holidays, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

A more specific estimated delivery timeframe will be shown or communicated where possible.

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may contact the customer before or during delivery.

Customers should keep their phone number active and answer courier calls where possible.

If delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the parcel, or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned.

Where a second delivery attempt is available, we may coordinate another attempt depending on courier policy and order status.

Parcel Inspection

Parcel opening before payment is only available where supported by the courier and enabled for that particular shipment.

Customers should not assume that every courier or every shipment allows parcel opening before payment.

Damaged Parcel

If the outer parcel appears severely damaged, customers should inform us immediately.

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before order completion or communicated clearly to the customer.

Delivery Delays

The Digi Dukaan is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes, holidays, natural events, remote-area service limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers with tracking and delivery-related issues where possible.
