Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may verify COD orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that contain incomplete information, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, abusive activity, or other unusual circumstances.

Cash on Delivery

Customers placing COD orders agree to provide accurate delivery information and to receive the order when delivered.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders, intentionally incorrect information, or abusive COD activity may result in future orders being restricted or cancelled.

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided.

The Digi Dukaan is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
